These terms apply to everyone who uses ridedispatchers.com. Where we have signed a separate services agreement or statement of work with your business, that document governs the services and takes precedence over anything below that conflicts with it.
1. About us
Ride Dispatchers supplies outsourced taxi dispatch, contact-centre and back-office services from its operations office at Latif Center, Office # 60, 2nd Floor, Block D1, Gulberg III, Lahore, 54000, Pakistan.
2. Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system.
- Scrape, mirror or republish substantial parts of the site for a competing commercial purpose.
- Submit false information, malicious code, or content that infringes anyone's rights.
- Use our forms to send unsolicited marketing.
We may withdraw or change any part of the site without notice, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Nothing here is an offer or a quote
The descriptions, benchmarks and indicative figures on this website are provided for general information. They are not a contractual offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of any specific result. Pricing, service levels and coverage are set only in a signed agreement following a discovery call and a review of your call volumes.
4. Service delivery
Where we have a signed agreement:
- We supply trained agents who work your account under your brand, your scripts and your escalation rules.
- We work inside your dispatch platform using access you provide. We do not licence, resell or warrant that platform.
- Service levels, coverage hours, headcount and reporting cadence are those set out in the agreement or statement of work.
- You remain the operator of record for your passengers and retain responsibility for licensing, insurance and regulatory compliance in your market.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current platform access and revoke it promptly when an engagement ends.
- Provide the scripts, escalation paths and dispatch rules we are to follow, and keep them current.
- Hold all licences, permits and insurance required to operate your fleet.
- Ensure you have a lawful basis to share passenger data with us, and sign a data processing agreement before go-live.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, billing frequency and payment terms are those stated in your agreement. Unless it says otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, and we may suspend service on accounts more than 30 days overdue after written notice.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the agreement. This obligation survives termination. It does not cover information that is public through no breach, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, layout, graphics and the Ride Dispatchers name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. Third-party platform names such as Cabica, Autocab, iCabbi, Cordic and TaxiCaller are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the platforms we are trained on. We claim no affiliation or endorsement unless stated.
Work product created specifically for you under a statement of work — SOP documents, scripts, reports — belongs to you on payment. Our own methods, templates and tooling remain ours.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total aggregate liability arising from the services in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We are not responsible for failures caused by your dispatch platform, your telephony provider, your network, or any third-party service outside our reasonable control.
10. Term and termination
Either party may terminate for convenience on the notice period stated in the agreement, or immediately for material breach that is not remedied within 30 days of written notice. On termination we will revoke agent access, return or delete client data as instructed, and cooperate reasonably with handover.
11. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction. Where a signed services agreement specifies a different governing law and forum, that agreement prevails for the services.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you use the site is the version that applies.
